Ferndale is the perfect venue for smaller intimate weddings, parties and functions as we offer exclusive use. Our reception room is set in a bush and garden setting with magnificent views overlooking the river below. We have comfortable, well appointed, air conditioned chalets which allows your guests to relax and enjoy this special event.
For those who prefer a traditional wedding service there is an historic country church nearby. Or, if you would like to take advantage of the beautiful backdrop of the river below, you could have a celebrant marry you in our reception room gardens.. For your event we will collaborate with you to plan a menu that fits the occasion - whether it be a cocktail party, a traditional sit-down dinner or a gourmet barbecue or spit - The choice is yours.
NB It is a requirement that at least twenty (20) of the guests stay overnight.
